Welcome to the change you've been looking for!
My name is Martine Foreman and I am excited to embark on this journey with you. But first, I should tell you a little bit about myself. 
I am a speaker, writer, Lifestyle Consultant, health coach and the founder of CandidBelle, a lifestyle blog dedicated to helping mothers build better relationships and live healthier, happier lives.  
Through speaking engagements, workshops, digital products, insightful content and coaching services, I strive to help women build confidence, focus on wellness, make better choices, and live healthier, happier lives. 
Writing is my first love, and I continue to nuture that part of my soul daily. In addition to CandidBelle, I am a contributor to,, and I am also a contributor to the new book, Chicken Soup for the Soul: Curvy & Confident: 101 Stories About Loving Yourself and Your Body.
I'm a proud graduate of Syracuse University (where I met my handsome husband) and the University of Maryland, College Park. I'm also certified in Mental Health First Aid and I'm an ACE-Certified Health Coach. 
I'm a Brooklyn, NY girl for life but I currently live in the suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland with my husband and 2.5 kids (I have two that drive me nuts daily and one on the way). Oh, and I can't forget about my sassy cat, Pepper (she's been around longer than all the kids...LOL).
